The practice is headquartered in San Antonio, with regular monthly travel routes through Austin, DFW, and Houston, and on-site coverage available across the rest of Texas by appointment. Remote acquisition and analysis available anywhere with internet.
We keep a regular monthly route through the I-35 corridor (Austin, DFW, San Antonio) and the I-10 corridor (Houston, San Antonio, El Paso). If your matter sits on one of those routes, on-site is usually faster than you'd expect. If it doesn't, remote acquisition is almost always the right first step.
Greater Houston spans Harris, Fort Bend, and Montgomery counties. Our examiners travel from San Antonio for on-site collections, imaging, and testimony across the metro, usually within 24 hours, and handle much of the work remotely from a forensic image. Probate and family-court engagements are common here.
Frequent travel for tech-employee departure matters and litigation support out of Travis County district court. On-site within 24 hours; imaging done at your counsel's office or a co-working private suite.
DFW is a regular monthly route, family law in Collin and Denton counties, plus oil-and-gas litigation support in Tarrant. Imaging suites available in Plano and Fort Worth.
Bexar County engagements typically tied to military-adjacent businesses and estate matters. Coordination with VA-affiliated counsel a regular pattern.
Cross-border business matters and ransomware engagements. Trips coordinated with West Texas counsel; remote acquisition often the first step.
Agricultural-business engagements and Texas Panhandle estate matters. Most work begins remotely with a courier-shipped image, on-site only when imaging in place is required.
Maritime and energy-sector matters, plus a steady volume of family and probate work out of Nueces, Hidalgo, and Cameron counties.
Smaller East and Central Texas counties served on a planned-trip basis. If a matter needs us on the ground in your county, we'll usually combine it with an existing route within the same week.
Remote acquisition and analysis available for clients in Texas. Out-of-state on-site work is by exception, usually litigation matters where Texas counsel is already engaged.
For roughly two-thirds of engagements, the first 24 hours are remote. A courier kit goes out, you ship the device or an image of it, and analysis starts before any travel is booked. The savings, yours and ours, go straight onto the engagement letter.
