1. Our commitment
Private-Eye Digital Forensics, LLC is committed to making its website usable for the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time task, and we work to improve the experience over time.
2. Conformance goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are the widely accepted standard for making web content more accessible. We consider the Site to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA, which means some parts of the Site may not yet fully meet the standard while we continue to make improvements.
3. Measures we take
To support accessibility, we build the Site with:
- Semantic, structured HTML so content works with screen readers.
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators for interactive elements.
- Color choices intended to provide readable contrast.
- A responsive layout that adapts to phones, tablets, and desktops.
- Respect for the reduced-motion setting, so animations are reduced or removed when you request that in your device settings.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, with decorative graphics marked so assistive technology can skip them.
4. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. A few interactive graphics and third-party components may present difficulties for certain assistive technologies. Where a graphic is decorative, the surrounding text conveys the same information. We are working to identify and address remaining issues.
5. Supported environments
The Site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers, on desktop and mobile, together with the assistive technologies commonly used on those platforms. If you use an older browser or tool, some features may behave differently.
6. Need help, or found a barrier?
If any part of this Site is difficult to use, or if you need information in a different format, please contact us. Tell us the page and what you were trying to do, and we will help you get the information or service another way. We treat accessibility feedback seriously and aim to respond promptly.
7. Formal concerns
We prefer to resolve accessibility concerns directly and quickly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may wish to consult the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable Texas law regarding accessible services. We welcome the chance to make things right first.
