Five fields. Only what we need to scope the matter. Information stays with the examiner and is destroyed if we don't engage.

Do not paste passwords, recovery phrases, or account credentials. If those are part of the matter, we'll ask for them through a secure channel after we engage.
Confidentiality, by default. Intake messages are treated as confidential from the moment they arrive. Nothing is shared. If we don't engage, your intake is destroyed within 30 days.

Evenings and weekends.

The day job is forensic, but it's not the only one. Most clients reach us after hours; that's by design. If a situation is active, say so and call rather than waiting on email.

Standard intake, scoping calls, and ongoing case work.

All day
Imaging, on-site visits, and recovery work.
Holidays
By appointment
Estate and probate matters often happen on holidays. We keep room for them.
Active situations
By phone
Suspected ongoing intrusion, stalkerware, or imminent loss of evidence, call as early as you can.
